These Terms govern your use of OpenRoads, operated by OpenRoadsSolutions LLC ("OpenRoads," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
OpenRoads acts as the driver’s representative and booking agent, contacting hauling and construction companies on the driver’s behalf to help get the driver work and onto companies’ approved-hauler lists. OpenRoads is not an employer, dispatcher, or a party to any hauling agreement. Drivers are independent owner-operators.
The Service is best-effort outreach and representation. It does not guarantee any volume of work, placements, or additions to any approved-hauler list.
You authorize OpenRoads to represent you and to share your information with companies for work purposes. You are responsible for your own licensing, insurance, DOT/MC compliance, equipment, and any agreements you make directly with companies. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
OpenRoads is not responsible for the conduct, payment, or reliability of any company or driver, or for any agreement reached between them. Any work, rate, and payment terms are between you and the other party.
New drivers start with a 30-day free trial; no payment card is required to start. After the trial, the Service is $20/month if you choose to continue. We will remind you before your free trial ends. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. OpenRoads charges a flat monthly fee for representation; it does not take a per-load cut and is not a party to payments between companies and drivers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENROADSSOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DEALINGS WITH COMPANIES OR DRIVERS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpenRoadsSolutions LLC, its officers, directors, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or your agreements with third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new "Last updated" date here. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
