Tampa · Central Florida · Hauler onboarding
The paperwork is why you’re sitting. We fix the paperwork.
A truck does not sit because there is no work. It sits because the paperwork with the next company was never done. We collect your packet once and clear you with the outfits in your radius before you need them.
The route
Four stops from sitting to dispatch ready.
Intake
You tell us what you run
Eight questions on your phone. Truck type, how many, home base ZIP, how far you will run, what you haul, and whether you want fill-in days or a lease-on. Four minutes. Put it down if a load calls and pick it back up where you left it.
Packet
We build your packet
COI, W-9, USDOT, workers’ comp or a Florida exemption, drug and alcohol consortium. One set of paperwork, held in one place, kept current. If something is missing, that is normal, and chasing it down is most of what we do.
Pre-onboarding
We get you through the gates early
Every outfit in your radius gates you the same way before you can haul: their hauler agreement signed, a certificate of insurance with their name on it, your file on their approved list. We do that now, while you are still working, and we answer what their office comes back asking for.
Dispatch ready
You are already approved
The day your broker goes dry you are not filling out applications. You are on the list at the other outfits already. You call, they load you. Rate, dates and terms are between you and them. We are not standing in the middle taking a cut of your load.
The point of all of it
When the work dries up, you are not applying anywhere. You are already approved.
That state has a name around here. Dispatch ready. One packet, cleared everywhere in your radius, kept current so it holds.

What drivers ask us first.
- What does pre-onboarded mean?
- You are on a company’s approved-hauler list before you ever haul for them. The hauler agreement is signed, the certificate of insurance on file carries their name, and your paperwork is sitting where their office can see it. When they are short a truck there is nothing left to process. They call.
- Am I locked to one company?
- No. The whole point is options. You stay an independent owner-operator, we put you on as many lists as your radius holds, and you decide who gets your truck on any given day.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing to get listed and nothing to get pre-onboarded. No card, no signup fee, no percentage of your loads. If we ever charge for something you will hear it from us first.
- Who sees my information?
- The brokers and contractors we onboard you with, so they can put you on their list and offer you work. That is what the packet is for. We do not sell it to anyone else.
- My insurance lapsed. Should I still apply?
- Yes. Tell us where you stand on the paperwork screen and send it anyway. Getting that squared away is the first thing we do, and there is no packet without it.
- What happens when my paperwork changes?
- Tell us once. New carrier, renewed certificate, a consortium change: we push the update to the outfits that already have you on file. A stale certificate is the same as no certificate to their office.
- Do I have to agree to texts?
- No. The consent box is unchecked and it stays unchecked unless you check it. Leave it and we reach you by email instead. You can reply STOP to any text at any time.
- Do you dispatch me?
- No. We are the onboarding bridge, not a dispatcher. Your paperwork gets cleared everywhere in your radius and out of your way. You take the work you want.
Eight questions, four minutes, and the packet starts.
