OpenRoads is operated by OpenRoadsSolutions LLC ("OpenRoads," "we," "us"). OpenRoads provides a representation ("booking agent") service to dump-truck owners and operators ("drivers," "you"): you authorize us to contact companies on your behalf and help get you work. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we share it with companies for that purpose.
Your name; mobile phone number; email (if provided); home base location and travel radius; truck type(s) and materials you haul; availability; insurance status and any certificate of insurance you upload; and your USDOT/MC number if you provide it. We also record details tied to your authorization (date, time, IP address, and the authorization wording you agreed to), and your trial/subscription status.
To (a) provide the booking-agent service; (b) contact hauling and construction companies on your behalf and submit you for their approved-hauler lists; (c) communicate with you about your account, free trial, and work opportunities; and (d) operate billing.
With your authorization, we share your contact, truck, insurance, and availability information with hauling and construction companies for the purpose of getting you work and adding you to their approved-hauler lists. Those companies may then contact you directly about work. We share your information for work purposes only; we do not sell it for unrelated marketing.
By providing your number, you consent to receive calls and texts from OpenRoads about your account, trial, and work opportunities. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
You may withdraw your authorization (we stop representing you and sharing your information) and cancel your subscription at any time. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
New drivers start with a 30-day free trial that requires no payment card. After the trial, the service is $20/month if you choose to continue. You can cancel at any time.
We keep your information while you use the service and as needed for our records and legal obligations. On withdrawal or deletion request, we remove or de-identify your information except where we must retain a record of authorization or are required to keep it by law.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
OpenRoads is for working owner-operators and is not directed to anyone under 18.
We may update this policy and will post a new "Last updated" date; material changes to how we share your data will be communicated.
