Delete your account

How to delete it

Open the app and go to Account. Tap Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm twice, then it happens right away.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, company, home ZIP, truck, and everything else in your intake.
• Every document and photo in your packet, and the files behind them.
• Your sign-in.

What we keep

We keep the record that you agreed (or did not agree) to calls and texts, with your name removed. That is the record we would need if a text you received were ever disputed. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what it holds.

Can’t get into the app?

Call us and we will delete it for you.
